Published by Small Arms Technical Publishing Co, S. Carolina, 1947 (1st and only ed.), hardback, 344 pages (16.5 x 24.5 cm), copiously illustrated in black and white. This brilliant book was published posthumously after the author's death in the Western Desert (N. Africa) in combat in WW2.
I happen to own the glass plate negatives for most of the illustrations (which I bought through an intermediary from George's niece), should a publisher wish to contact me. The negatives are approximately 6 x 4 inches and consist of the bulk of the pistol and long gun images.
Condition: clean copy, slightly age soiled exterior, no dust jacket.
