Title Foot Guards sergeant's sleeve badge
Nationality British
Period c 1990
Sold

Clean ex-stores example of this classic insignia still worn by all five regiments of Foot Guards in the Queen's service. The backing to the scroll with the motto is a form of silver bullion, the rest is woolen embroidery, mounted on scarlet woollen broadcloth. The black backing is also cloth, a form of fine canvas. (I have three of these in stock.)

Sword arrived today. Fabulous. This is an excellent example of a fighting sword of its period, and a real gem. The 1828 Pattern is such a gorgeous sword, and this is a fine example. Even my bride is impressed and she doesn’t really get swords.

You worked your magic again. The knife arrived this afternoon without any problem. [My husband] is quite delighted with it.
